We had the pleasure of dealing with Katherine at Casey Central to arrange my wedding band. After all the effort she put into it, I unfortunately when getting it. Decided i didn't like the look of it. I felt bad after everything she had done. How ever, she was totally understanding and i was able to swap it at no extra charge for a different ring. So we sat down again and chose a different finish and style. No hassle for her was to much. Got the ring and am so happy with it. Iv been wearing it now for 6 months and honestly i forget it is there most of the time. Any enquiry about any Jewellery we go in first and see if she can help us. There is nothing i can fault, her kindness, understanding, patience, wonderful personality and welcoming heart. And her amazing passion. Thank you for making everything seamless.

I was recommended this business by a lady who was wearing one of their beautiful rings. Really happy with the service I’ve received having a very old diamond ring repaired with a new band and claws replaced as well as some of my rings redesigned. Both pieces are beautiful and the customer service and communication excellent.

I recently had my engagement ring and split wedding bands soldered together, the rings replated and cleaned. They look like new. Very quick turnaround. Always excellent customer service from Naz and staff.

We had the best experience with Naz at the Casey central store. My (now) Husband and I met Naz through a recommendation and we couldn’t have been happier. We went in originally to purchase 10 year anniversary rings for each of us in June ‘24. Since then that amazing first consultation has turned into getting my engagement ring and our wedding bands! We were grateful for all of the help and advice Naz gave us throughout those appointments and cleaning all the rings prior to the wedding they were always ready in the time period promised and handled with care. Both the Casey store and the Fountain Gate store are amazing. ALL the staff are wonderful, happy, knowledgeable, patient, caring... All the good stuff. I have bought new jewellery off display, ordered in pieces, bought from the 'vault', had items designed and made, repairs, resize, valuations, everything. Every single time in the store is a pleasure and comforting. The jewellery is excellent value for money. Beautiful stones, diamonds, gems and created stones. Having beautiful, unique pieces has absolutely lifted my soul. I will sing their praises to everybody. Please everybody, before you drop $$ in one of the chain stores, go to Solitaire.

Highly recommend Solitaire and their team. Staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. They designed my wedding band exactly how I asked. Priced really well. My soon to be hubby ordered his band and had it engraved. Time frame was quick and suitable for us. Store and staff always look immaculate and so welcoming. Some lovely jewellery pieces in store ! I wouldn't waste your time at big named stores !

First time we walked in looking for a replacement wedding band for my husband… walked out with a new wedding band for him ordered and a new engagement / wedding set for myself and we haven’t looked back. have since purchased a few other custom items and it’s been amazing quality everytime.
